These are the best apartments that I’ve lived in! Maintenance is always on top of their game, and is prompt to fix things. They care about doing things right, not rushing to get it done to move onto the next project. The staff and maintenance are very polite. Unlike other apartments that I’ve lived in, I’ve never experienced roaches here at Lauradale. The apartments are very clean. Neighbors are all very polite and kind as well. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone considering!!

CJ and Casper did an amazing job replacing our back patio doors. They got replaced our door frame as well which had water damage that way there wouldn’t be any issues going forward. We are so happy with the work they did and the quality of their work under the conditions they had. They were professional, have good work ethic, and were apologetic for it taking so long to get them replaced due to factors they couldn’t control. 10/10!

Lauradale Apartments has been a wonderful choice for somewhere to live. Any maintenance issues are addressed very quickly. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The application process was very easy. I’ve never rented until now but I highly recommend these apartments. I searched so many apartments in this area and I’m glad I picked Lauradale.

I've lived at Lauradale nearly 2 years. I wish to leave a review for the maintenance team. I put in a request to fix a rotten window sill in the living room on a Saturday. The following Monday morning maintenance was here around 9:30 am to replace the rotten sill with a brand new one. CJ did a fantastic job and finished in a timely manner and even cleaned the mess up thoroughly. The new window sill looks great. I would recommend Lauradale apartments for the maintenance crews work and helpful office staff.

Apartment was renovated when we moved in, maintenance staff was friendly, caring and super helpful when making repairs. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner by admin staff or maintenance. Their military discount made rent very affordable. We haven’t really encountered any issues the last 7-8 months we’ve lived here!

This is an older apartment complex that has been kept up taking care of and though it has changed hands as most have they have come in and upgraded and kept it healthy. Casper and the maintenance crew are the best

Great place, was renovated when we moved in. Casper and his maintenance staff were awesome, extremely helpful and timely in answering questions and doing repairs. Price is reasonable thanks to their military discount for us and we have not had any pressing issues in the last 7-8 months we have lived here.

I am so excited about staying here in the Lauradale Acres Apartments. Recently my hot water heater gave out & Casper, the maintenance guy, was right on it. He displays great working ethics & was so efficient. I love living in this area because it is worry free for someone who is 70. God bless this development to become better each day. Big thank you!

Casper is always helpful with maintenance issues and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. A dog was wandering around the apartments outside that looked similar to mine, and he reached out to make sure my dog was inside. That is definitely going above and beyond for a maintenance supervisor and the company is fortunate to have him!

The management and maintenance staff here have taken excellent care of me since I arrived. Honest, upfront, know their jobs and property well, and take care of what’s needed in a timely manner. Nothing was left out upon move-in. They kept in communication through my entire screening process, letting me know what and if anything was needed in each phase. My unit was renovated beautifully before I moved in and goes to show the new team is turning these old buildings around. Thank you Margaret, Shari, and Ray for an awesome experience so far!

I have lived in my apartment for over a year Mrs Von is absolutely the best she will go over and beyond to make sure you are ok in your apartment when I first moved here I had so much going on In my life that I didn’t know if I was going or coming but Von made me feel comfortable there was a problem when I first moved in but Von went out her way to make my move and stay as comfortable as possible Von has a good soul and a great spirit I feel so comfortable in talking with her about anything I am team Von all day thank god we have honest and humble people in the office again Mrs Von is the best

Update: 4/5. We've been here for over a year now. Any issues we've had have been handled timely! The reputation here isn't that good. I've lived here twice and both times I found it to be quiet and safe. The particular part I live in, I forget we even have neighbors. The only consistent issue we've had both times I've lived here is the a/c units are very old and often freeze. They do handle it. They are making updates to the units, so that's really awesome! I think it's the best value for the price. Prices are going up here just like everywhere else, but even still I think it's the best value for jacksonville area. Thanks Von and team!

Lived here 9 years and have never felt unsafe. While we do not have reserved parking each apt has 2 spaces. Rude neighbors will park in front of your apartment rather than having any common courtesy and parking in front of their apt. When I have company or get a delivery my Second space has a “visitor” parked in it. I really wish there was a rule about parking in front of your own apartment.
