These are the best apartments that I’ve lived in! Maintenance is always on top of their game, and is prompt to fix things. They care about doing things right, not rushing to get it done to move onto the next project. The staff and maintenance are very polite. Unlike other apartments that I’ve lived in, I’ve never experienced roaches here at Lauradale. The apartments are very clean. Neighbors are all very polite and kind as well. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone considering!!

Living in laureldale apartments has been a very good experience. My experience with the maintenance men has always been a very big plus for my apartment.

Five stars for the amazing maintenance team! Requests are always handled promptly and thoroughly. Very grateful for CJ and Casper! They fixed my heating issue quickly and expertly, right before getting hit with cold weather.

Lauradale Apartments have been an amazing first apartment away from home! Whenever we had a maintenance issue they were super quick to come and fix the problem. All of the staff members are super nice!!

We recently did a tour and will be moving to Lauradale soon, they’re lovely apartments and we instantly felt at home! Shari has been such an amazing help from getting us in so quickly to just being nice in general! Would definitely recommend!
